ABOUT US

Built with Integrity.
Led by Principle.

At Principle Construction, we’re a full-service construction partner built across commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, and municipal markets. Here, every project starts with meticulous planning and is followed by consistent oversight, ensuring our clients know what to expect and can move forward with confidence.

Who we are on site reflects who we are as a construction management company. Rooted in commitment and craftsmanship, our core values are evident in how we plan, communicate, and carry responsibility for our work. Clients don’t get polished promises; they get a team that stays present, addresses issues directly, and sees things through to completion.

We take pride in investing in our people as individuals, fostering a culture where growth, respect, and accountability guide our approach. The result is a team that shows up ready to do things right for our clients, our communities, and one another.

Where Principle Took Root

Founded by Leon Moody in LaGrange, Principle Construction began on West Haralson Street. Our foundation was built on a few simple yet powerful goals: craftsmanship, accountability, and a genuine respect for the people behind every project.

Major early projects included the addition to New Hope Baptist Church, the Chambers County 911 Command Center, and Yasufuku Manufacturing’s facility expansion.

Hear From Our Employees

At Principle Construction, our people are the foundation of everything we build. The strength of our company comes from the relationships within it; people who show up for one another, stay connected, and grow together.

Many of our team members have been with us for years because the work environment feels like a family. We care about each other’s lives outside the job and make space for honest conversations about what people need to do their best work. At Principle, we focus on the person as much as the position, ensuring they have the support, tools, and understanding necessary to succeed from day one.

That focus on people creates an open, collaborative atmosphere where everyone is approachable and invested. Communication occurs daily, challenges are addressed directly, and leadership remains involved. The result is a workplace built on trust, where our team takes care of one another, and that same care is evident in every project we complete.

OUR TESTIMONIALS

Hear It from Our Partners

Bill Bulloch

Assistant City Manager, City of Lagrange

In this testimonial, Bill Bulloch, Assistant City Manager for the City of LaGrange, shares how working with Principle Construction has strengthened local projects and partnerships. Over the past five years, we’ve collaborated on improvements throughout LaGrange, including Granger Park, Ridley Lake Park, and several downtown streetscapes.

When issues arise, our leadership is on-site to address them directly. Bill points to that involvement—and our team’s local roots—as the difference-maker. We live here, work here, and care about how each project affects our community. That shared investment keeps the work personal and the results lasting.

Bill also recalls a project where proactive communication prevented costly rework. Catching a potential design issue early saved time, resources, and frustration. That attention to detail reflects how we approach every job: clear communication, early coordination, and accountability from planning through completion.

We’re proud to continue serving LaGrange with projects that build both spaces and trust.

Kim Myers

Board Member, LaGrange Memorial Library

Kim Myers, a board member for the LaGrange Memorial Library and co-chair for the new childcare center at LaGrange First United Methodist Church, shares how our work helped bring new life to a community landmark.

Hear as Kim describes how trust shaped the process from start to finish. Our team’s communication, dependability, and commitment to staying on time and on budget made a lasting impression. Seeing the library recognized in Architectural Magazine affirmed what she and others already knew: the space stands as a reflection of teamwork, shared vision, and care for the people who use it every day.

The renovation of the LaGrange Memorial Library presented an opportunity to reimagine a public space that serves people of all ages. The building had once felt closed off and dim, but through close collaboration with the library board and local partners, we opened the space, introduced more light, and created a warm, welcoming environment that reflects the heart of the community.

Jeff Matthews

Vice President of Operations, Fokker Services Group

At Fokker Services Group in LaGrange, Georgia, partnerships matter as much as performance. Vice President of Operations Jeff Matthews shares his experience working with our team and how that relationship has grown through trust and collaboration.

Jeff emphasizes the importance of having a contractor who shows up, follows through, and remains involved long after the project is completed. He values how our team remains accessible, dependable, and committed to the same high standards from start to finish.

For us, service doesn’t end when the job is finished. It begins with open communication and continues through every stage of a project. When questions arise or a site requires further review, we respond. That approach has shaped a partnership built on consistency, respect, and shared goals.

We take pride in relationships like this one. Fokker’s trust reflects what we strive for in every job: accountability, quality, and a partnership that lasts beyond the final walkthrough.
